Today Zepto is Europe’s largest local manufacturer of notebook PC’s and is represented in 19 countries. All production is taking place in Zepto’s headquarters in Denmark.

The founders of Zepto are former owners of the successful Nordic IT-distributor EET Nordic. This has resulted in a profound knowledge of the IT component markets and an extensive network of suppliers. EET Nordic was sold to CVC Capital Partners in 2001.

Products
Zepto’s core products are notebook PC’s and LCD TV’s.

Notebook PC’s
Zepto’s own notebook PC series, Znote®, is built to order. This means that all notebook PC’s are produced according to the built-to-order concept where the individual consumer can compile his or her own notebook PC on Zepto’s website, www.zepto.com. The notebook PC is therefore completely tailored to fit the consumer’s individual needs. Many different types of hard disks, optical drives, operating systems, memory modules and processors, together with a wide variety of accessories can be selected. Over 30,000 different configurations can be selected.

Zepto focuses on providing notebook PC’s in attractive and elegant designs, in line with the well known Scandinavian design reputation.

LCD TV
In Zepto’s focus area Digital Home, the company has launched 3 series of LCD TV’s: Zview®, Pantheon and Helios®.

Zview® and Pantheon are Zepto’s price leading series of high quality LCD TV’s based on the latest technology. Zview® is recommended by the press as “true value for money” and a “TV which delivers super images to human prices”.

Helios® is Zepto’s new design LCD TV, called after the Greek sun god Helios.
The Danish design team wished to put Zepto on the world map by designing this classical Danish designed TV, with timeless elegance and high end technological features. The goal was to secure the future demands on functionality, aesthetic lines and high end quality at Zepto.
Helios® TV’s name symbolizes this series unparalleled images, powerful technology and divine design features.

Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Malta, United Kingdom, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. More countries are being listed continuously.

Concept stores
In January 2008, Zepto opened the doors of the first Zepto Concept Store in Field’s Shopping center, the largest shopping center in Scandinavia. Another Concept Store followed one month later in Fisketorvet Shopping Center in Copenhagen.
Zepto’s Concept Stores are innovative and professional exhibition areas for Zepto’s high-end designer TV’s and notebook PC’s. Zepto Concept Stores bring our products as close to the consumer as possible, and function as inspiration-and experience centers for all those interested in design and new technology. Consumers have the possibility of experience and test the new digital and wireless possibilities linking LCD TV’s and notebook PC’s.

The concept behind Zepto Concept Stores is constantly under development and new stores will be launched.

First North
In November 2006 Zepto was listed on the OMX-Stock Exchange First North. Zepto has grown year-on-year with 50-100% since the last 5 years, and listed a turnover of 179 million DKK in 2007.
