ADIOS Linux boot CD

Distribuzione live orientata alla sicurezza contenente il supporto per LIDS (Linux Intrusion Detection System) e SELinux (NSA Security Enhanced Linux). Basata su Fedora 1.0 con kernel 2.4.24 offre il supporto X11 windows desktop environments di KDE, Gnome e IceWM.
ADIOS è una distribuzione Linux da provare senza installazione. Si tratta di files da masterizzare direttamente su CD e da provare.
Avete bisogno di un PC che permetta di effettuare di selezionare il CD per la fase di avvio (boot).
Una volta avviato il sistema operativo potrete provare le applicazioni inserite con la distribuzione.

These Free and Open Source programs can also be downloaded from the latest copy of this document at http://os.cqu.edu.au/oslinux. A list of useful Open Source web sites has been included.
Files can be access using the category index below or accessed via the file tree structure of the CD image using a file or web browser. Many of the applications are self extracting archives which then install the software. Several applications are packaged into archives which have to be opened first before installation proceeds. Tools to create archives and extract files are located in the misc tools folder.
